Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email us at healingdaysherbaltea1@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return, and we will send you instructions.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to post the refund.
Subscriptions
You can cancel or change a Subscribe & Save subscription before your next renewal from your account or by emailing us.
